What Beaquaro is

Beaquaro is a search-and-match assistant across jobs, housing, flights, everyday deals, and a community discussion space. It aggregates and scores listings from third-party sources (job boards, accommodation providers, flight and shopping search APIs). Beaquaro is not the employer, landlord, airline, or retailer — when you apply for a job, book housing, or buy something, you're transacting with that third party directly, on their own site, under their own terms.

What's automated, and what isn't

Smart Apply Assist prepares jobs that clear your match threshold and asks you to confirm — it never submits an application without that confirmation, and confirming sends you to the employer's own application page to finish. The same principle applies everywhere else in the product: nothing is booked, purchased, or submitted on your behalf without you taking that action yourself.

Your account

You're responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for the accuracy of the profile information you provide (resume content, skills, work history). Don't share your account, and don't use it to impersonate someone else.

Subscriptions and billing

Paid plans are billed through Stripe. You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel at any time from Settings → Billing, which opens Stripe's billing portal. Cancelling stops future billing; it doesn't retroactively refund the current billing period unless required by law or agreed with us directly — email us if you think a charge was made in error.

Acceptable use

• No scraping, reverse-engineering, or automated bulk-extraction of Beaquaro's data.
• No using the platform for anything illegal, fraudulent, or intended to harm others.
• No attempting to disrupt or overload the service (including its underlying APIs).
• Community posts must be your own content and can't be used to spam, harass, or mislead other users.

We can suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

Third-party data disclaimer

Job listings, accommodation prices, flight prices, and deals come from third-party providers and can change, expire, or occasionally be wrong or out of date before we refresh our cache. Match percentages are a matching estimate based on the data available, not a guarantee of eligibility or outcome. Always verify details (price, availability, requirements) on the provider's own site before committing to anything.

Service provided "as is"

Beaquaro is provided without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose or uninterrupted availability. As a small, independently-run project, we do our best to keep things accurate and running, but we can't guarantee it. To the extent permitted by law, we're not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including decisions made based on third-party listings surfaced through it.

Changes

We may update these terms as the product changes. Material changes will update the date at the top of this page; continuing to use Beaquaro after a change means you accept the update.
